Eligibility for a Refund:

Damaged items: Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

Proof of damage: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging and any visible damage, to process your refund request.

Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [Support@spotitbh.com] or Instagram @Spotitbh. Provide your order number, a description of the damaged items, and clear photos showing the damage.

Our customer support team will review your request, and if eligible, will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item.

Package your return carefully and ship it back to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away so we can assist you.
