Shipping

1. Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, If you would like you can message us and we will send you a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment.

4. Shipping Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is replaced or refunded as necessary.

Returns

1. Time frame: You can request a refund within 72 Hours of your purchase date. Refunds requested after the 72 Hours period will not be granted.

2. Product condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

3. Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

4: Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible if the item is damaged upon arrival.

To care for clothes, wash them in cold water to keep the color and fabric. Natural dry when you can, or use low heat in the dryer to avoid shrinkage. Iron on low if needed, but don’t iron puff prints. For hoodies, turn them inside out before washing to protect the fabric. Wash all clothes on a gentle cycle and either natural dry or tumble dry on low. Treat stains right away and don’t wash clothes too often to make them last longer. Lastly, separate colors when washing to prevent bleeding.
